This policy explains how Kaseki Labs ("we", "us") handles information on this website and in Magnet Tap and Pochi: Virtual Pet. The sections for each game describe its specific features. Features and service availability may vary by platform and version.

The game-specific disclosures below retain the policy reviewed on October 5, 2026. This update adds the website, creator and contact-form sections.
Website
We do not currently use an analytics service or advertising on this website. Fonts and game artwork are served with the website.
When the website is delivered through Cloudflare, Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL and request time, to deliver and protect the site. This information may be included in hosting and security logs.
Trailers load a YouTube player only when you choose to open them. The embedded player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. Once it loads, your browser connects to YouTube, which processes information under Google's privacy policy. Store links, YouTube links and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
The browser version of A Present for the Future runs locally in your browser. It does not upload gameplay or create an online account.
Pochi creator
The creator combines artwork in your browser. Your exported PNG is created on your device; it is not uploaded to our server.
The creator uses your browser's local storage to remember your selected flavors, eyes, features, costume, background and caption preference. You can replace these choices in the creator or remove the saved selection by clearing this website's browser storage.
A shared Pochi link includes a recipe containing the selected option identifiers and settings. Anyone with the link can open and change that Pochi. The link does not contain an exported image or require an account. When someone opens it, the URL is received by the website host and may appear in request logs. Avoid adding personal information to a shared URL.
Contact form
When the contact form is enabled and you send a message, we receive your email address, any name you choose to provide, the inquiry category, the selected game where applicable, and your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and keep track of its resolution. The form does not accept attachments.
Messages are processed through Cloudflare and delivered to our email inbox. Where Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it also processes technical information to check that a request comes from a person and prevent automated abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and its Turnstile privacy addendum.
To limit repeated submissions, the form uses a short-lived rate-limit key derived from a hash of the sender’s email address. The website does not maintain a separate database of form messages; messages are retained in our email inbox as needed to respond and keep track of the inquiry.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Information used by our games
Game progress and settings. Our games store progress, preferences, virtual items and purchase entitlements on your device. When cloud saving is available and used, save data is also transmitted to the relevant cloud service.
Online game features. Leaderboards, achievements, profiles and other online features use game-service identifiers and gameplay information. The game-specific sections below explain what other players can see.
Purchases. Apple or Google processes payments. Our games use product identifiers, transaction information and purchase entitlements to deliver items, restore eligible purchases and prevent duplicate rewards. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Advertising. Our games use Google AdMob. Its SDK may collect IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, information about ads and interactions, crash logs and performance information. An IP address may be used to estimate approximate location; this does not require GPS permission. Google uses this information to deliver and measure advertising, improve its services and detect fraud. Advertising identifiers may be used for personalized advertising and advertising measurement across apps where permitted by your consent, platform permissions and applicable law.
Support. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Our game features do not access your phone's address book or request precise GPS location.
Pochi: Virtual Pet
Pochi uses Apple Game Center or Google Play Games for supported platform features and Firebase Authentication for its online social account. These services provide account identifiers used to authenticate you and associate your online information with your account.
Online profile information includes your nickname, friend code, profile customization, selected pet appearance and gameplay statistics. Public profiles and rankings can make this information visible to other players. Please avoid putting personal or sensitive information in your nickname.
Social features process player identifiers, visits, rewards and blocking records to support visits, award origamis, respect blocking choices and prevent duplicate rewards or abuse. These records are stored using Firebase services.
Where cloud saving is available, save data can include progress, pets, inventory, settings, purchase records and cached social information. Supported services include Apple's iCloud and Google Play Games saved games.
Pochi offers optional rewarded advertising through AdMob.
Magnet Tap
Magnet Tap uses supported Apple Game Center or Google Play Games features for authentication, achievements and leaderboards. Scores and platform display names may be visible through those services.
Its online rival system uploads game replays to Firebase Cloud Firestore. Replay information includes the player display name, score, rank, selected skin, game seed, colors, a server timestamp and recorded gameplay positions and timing. Other players can download these replays to play against a ghost rival. These are gameplay recordings, rather than camera or microphone recordings.
Magnet Tap includes AdMob advertising and in-app purchases. Ad formats may include banners, interstitials and rewarded ads.
Why we use information
We use information to operate the games, save and restore progress, provide online features, deliver purchases and rewards, keep services secure, address technical problems and respond to support requests. Advertising providers also process information for advertising and measurement as described above.
For the website, we use information to deliver its pages, remember creator choices on your device, respond to messages and protect the contact form from abuse.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on providing services you request, consent for activities that require consent, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as service security and preventing abuse. The relevant basis depends on the activity and your jurisdiction. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Services and disclosure
We use Google AdMob, Firebase, Apple services and Google Play Games where described above. Cloudflare supports website delivery and the contact form when enabled, and Google email services process messages delivered to our email inbox. These providers process information according to their roles, terms and privacy policies:
Information may also be disclosed when necessary to meet legal obligations, protect users or investigate fraud and abuse. Public game information is shared with other players as described in each game's section.
Providers may process information outside your country. Applicable safeguards depend on the service and the relevant data protection requirements.
Your choices and privacy requests
On iOS, you can manage tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Advertising consent and available choices may also depend on your region and the consent message displayed in the game. Refusing tracking permission does not prevent you from playing Pochi; advertising may still involve processing permitted without that permission.
You can manage Game Center, Google Play Games and cloud data through the relevant account and platform settings. Deleting a local save or uninstalling a game does not automatically delete server data, cloud saves or records held by providers.
Pochi provides a data-deletion action in its settings. Server account deletion requires a successful connection to the online service. Certain reward and visit records associated with other players can remain after account deletion. Contact us if you need help completing deletion or want to request deletion of other information.
For either game or this website, use the privacy option on our Contact page to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about your information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object, receive a portable copy or complain to a data protection authority. We may need limited information to verify a request; never send account passwords.
Retention and security
Local data remains until it is removed, reset or overwritten, subject to device backups. Online profiles, saves and replays are retained to support their game features until deleted or no longer needed. Some security, reward-integrity or transaction records may remain where necessary to prevent abuse, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Providers control retention of information they hold independently under their own policies.
Creator preferences stay in your browser until replaced or removed. Contact messages are retained while needed to handle the inquiry, follow up, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. You can contact us about deleting information you have sent.
We use safeguards appropriate to our services, including authenticated access where implemented and encrypted transport provided by our service providers. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and families
Age ratings describe game content and do not replace privacy requirements for children. Parents and guardians can contact us about a child's information or request deletion. If we learn that information has been collected in a way that requires parental consent without that consent, we will take steps to address it and delete it where required.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
