Who provides the game
Pochi: Virtual Pet is provided by Pol Cassa Noguera, an individual developer using the publishing name Kaseki Labs (the “developer”, “we” or “us”).
For game support and questions about these terms, use Contact or email support@kasekilabs.com.
These terms cover Pochi: Virtual Pet and its associated online game features. The privacy policy explains how information is handled. It is a separate document.
Your use of Pochi
You may use Pochi for your own lawful, personal entertainment, subject to the applicable app-store licence and these terms. Game artwork, code, characters and other original content remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights. Virtual game items do not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or code.
You may share ordinary gameplay screenshots and videos, including monetized gameplay videos, provided that you do not present them as an official endorsement, unlawfully use someone else’s information or distribute the game’s extracted assets as a standalone product. Rights in music or other third-party material are subject to the relevant licence.
If you are a minor under the law applicable to you, obtain any parent or guardian permission required for the game, online features and purchases. Store age ratings are content ratings. They do not replace parental permission or other legal requirements.
Accounts and online features
Some features use supported Apple Game Center or Google Play Games accounts and a Pochi online profile. Availability depends on platform, connection and game version. Keep your platform account secure and follow the relevant platform’s terms. We will not ask you to send an account password through our contact form.
Online profiles and rankings can display your nickname, friend code, selected Pochi appearance and game statistics to other players. Do not include private contact details or sensitive information in your nickname. You can manage whether your Pochis accept visits through the available game setting.
Do not impersonate another person, use unlawful or abusive nicknames, exploit bugs for fraudulent rewards, tamper with transactions or rankings, use unauthorized tools to manipulate online features, or disrupt the service or other players. These restrictions do not prohibit activity that applicable law protects.
Where reasonably necessary to address a breach or protect the service, we may restrict affected online features or accounts. We will consider the circumstances and applicable law, provide notice and a way to contact us where practicable, and avoid broader restrictions than reasonably necessary. Urgent security or legal issues may require action first.
Virtual currency and items
Pochi uses Cookies and Star Cookies and includes virtual pets, furniture, costumes and other game content. Some Star Cookies can be earned through play; others can be purchased through the supported app store. Store listings describe the contents and price of each purchase before payment.
Virtual currency and items are usable only within Pochi. The game does not provide player-to-player transfers or trading of virtual currency or items, or redemption for real-world money. Ordinary game mechanics, such as adoption by an in-game family, are part of play. Virtual content does not create a general cash-redemption entitlement. This does not remove any refund or reimbursement right required by law, including rules that may apply to paid virtual currency or service closure.
Purchases, restoration and refunds
Purchases use Apple’s or Google’s payment process and the price displayed by that store. Delivery follows a successful transaction and the game’s transaction processing; a connection or store interruption can delay completion. Contact us about missing content and include the relevant order reference, without payment-card details or account passwords.
Current purchase products are consumable packs of currency or game content. They do not create a recurring subscription. A completed consumable purchase is not normally redelivered by the store’s restoration function. The game’s “Restore purchases” action can help complete or recover unfinished supported transactions; it does not recreate currency or items that were already delivered and then spent, reset or deleted.
For refund requests, follow the process for the store used for payment: Apple or Google Play. Contact us when developer assistance is needed. We will handle requests consistently with applicable law and the relevant store rules. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of refunds or reduce non-waivable consumer rights.
Saves, resets and deletion
Progress is stored on your device. Supported cloud-saving features can help restore a platform’s save, but are not a guarantee against all data loss or a universal transfer between Apple and Android. The game displays available restore options and confirmations.
“Start over” removes pets, inventory, Cookies and progress and requests removal of the cloud save. The Star Cookie balance carried into the new game is capped at the lower of your current balance and the recorded lifetime quantity of purchased Star Cookies. This calculation does not restore content already bought with currency. Review the confirmation carefully before proceeding.
Deleting the online social account is separate from deleting local progress. Online deletion needs a working authenticated connection. Previously issued rewards belonging to other players and certain integrity records can remain as explained in the privacy policy.
“Delete all my data” also removes local saves and the local purchase-entitlement record and requests deletion from supported online services. An offline or inaccessible account may require a separate request to complete remote deletion. Use Privacy contact if you need help. Resetting or deleting data does not itself initiate a purchase refund, and does not cancel refund rights that applicable law gives you.
Advertising and service providers
Pochi can offer optional rewarded advertisements. A reward is delivered after the advertising service confirms the required completion. An unavailable advertisement does not constitute a completed reward action. Available consent and privacy choices are explained in the game and privacy policy.
Apple, Google and other providers supply services under their own applicable terms. Their involvement does not remove the developer’s obligations to you under law.
Updates and availability
Updates may correct errors, improve security or adjust game features and balance. Online features may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or provider changes. We will take reasonable account of affected players and applicable consumer rights. For material changes or a planned discontinuation affecting paid content, we will provide notice and any remedy or reimbursement required by applicable law.
We may update these terms with a revised effective date and appropriate notice. Where a new agreement is required by law, we will seek it. A revised text does not remove rights or claims that have already arisen.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights, remedies, warranties or liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory protections applicable to consumers and minors. An invalid provision does not make the remaining provisions invalid where they can operate independently. We do not require mandatory private arbitration or waive your right to use courts or consumer-protection bodies available under applicable law.
App-store licence and contact
For an App Store download, Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement applies unless a different valid licence has actually been provided through App Store Connect. This page is not automatically a custom Apple EULA. These game-service terms supplement the applicable licence only to the extent permitted by that licence and law.
